Holistic Healing

Holistic healing is a practice in which the entire body (mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual) are treated as a whole. Holistic practitioners strive to prevent rather than treat dysfunctions by working with the entire body to establish balance and address imbalances throughout the entire body system.

Modality Highlight: Frequency Healing

The ability to use sound, vibration, or light waves to stimulate the nervous system and provide healing and well being. Examples include: Sound baths, EMDR, light therapy, and resonance tools such as the Tuner Pro II. This can be done as a self treatment or with the assistance of a professional.
