Tim Guerra is a bodywork practitioner at Reclaim Wellness + Rise Body & Massage Therapy, where he supports deep, lasting healing through intentional touch, sound, and presence.
As a massage therapy apprentice and sound therapist, Tim blends myofascial release, deep tissue work, lymphatic massage, resonance therapy, and crystal healing to help clients move beyond short-term relief and into meaningful structural and energetic change. His work is especially supportive for those seeking improved alignment, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to their body.
With a strong passion for structural integration, Tim focuses on how the body holds tension over time and how to unwind those patterns in a way that continues working well after the session ends. His approach is grounded, thoughtful, and results-oriented, while still honoring the body’s innate wisdom.
Tim is guided by a client-forward philosophy, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for people from all walks of life. Every session is approached with curiosity, intention, and adaptability, ensuring the work meets each individual exactly where they are.

myofascial, trauma release, energy work
I am a massage therapist specializing in myofascial massage, trauma release work, and vagus nerve stimulation. My work focuses on helping clients reconnect with their bodies through safe, intentional, trauma-informed care. Physical, emotional, and psychological stress can be stored within the body and contribute to chronic tension, pain, and dysregulation. My approach supports gentle release of the fascial and meridian lines, regulation of the nervous system, and restoration of balance and homeostasis within the body as a whole. My work has taught me how to move with the sacred in everyday life—to slow down, cherish simplicity, and honor the wisdom found in both stillness and motion. This awareness shapes how I live, how I work, and how I hold space for others.

Alison Fabricius
Alison assists over-performing post-millennials to gather and own their scattered souls by helping them to understand that another’s story of them is not theirs. As a trusted guide from the trenches, she helps them to face institutions, authority figures and power dynamics in order to realize that what they have to offer is just what the world needs. She does this through her books and public speaking. When she’s not teaching, she can be found crocheting, reading, or randomly dying her hair (a subtle sign of a war well-fought). She honors that the buck stops at this generation. If you are ready for change, start here: https://www.amazon.com/Unapologetically-Alison-Because-Their-Versions/dp/B0BLFYMHLN
