As you age, you’ll need to start paying attention to your long-term wellness. You don't want to be someone whose health deteriorates with age due to a lack of healthy habits. Get Adequate Sleep

Drinking water can help you stay alert, reduce fatigue, and help you maintain a healthy weight. Experts recommend drinking 64 ounces of water each day. Add fruits or herbal teas to flavor your water if you find it boring.
